Swimming is a recommended form of exercise for pregnant women but some of the strokes can cause strain on pelvic and lower back muscles.

Aquanatal yoga allows pregnant women to stretch as their baby develops, to help with breathing techniques and to bond and tune in with your growing baby.

It's a safe, gentle, effective way to keep muscles toned especially in the abdominal area and to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles.

Our classes are held in a private hydrotherapy pool with subtle lighting, providing mums to be with a soothing, yet stimulating environment which can help relax and aid a better nights sleep. We run lovely small personal classes perfect for you to get to know other expecting Mummies.

Aquanatal classes are suitable for swimmers and non swimmers, for more information or to book on send us an email to
